How much does it cost?
We believe in being upfront at every step of the process. So we want to tell you now that all our advice and recommendations are free. We don’t charge to tell you what you need to know. We do charge an application fee if you wish for us to put the mortgage in place for you. This is typically £499, and will never be more than 1.5% of the mortgage loan.
Is it safe?

Apply24 connects to your bank through regulated Open Banking providers, using bank-level encryption. We never see your bank login details, and access is permission-based — you stay in control and can disconnect at any time. What is Open Banking?
Open Banking is a secure way for you to share your financial information directly from your bank with your consent. It replaces the need to upload bank statements and allows us to assess affordability accurately and quickly. It’s faster, safer, and far more reliable than sending documents back and forth.
Do you guarantee a mortgage?
No broker can guarantee a mortgage — the final decision always sits with the lender. What we do guarantee is that we’ll only progress applications that genuinely fit lender criteria, using real affordability data. That dramatically improves your chances and reduces wasted time and disappointment.
I have bad credit, can you help?
Often, yes. Bad credit doesn’t automatically mean no mortgage. We work with a wide range of lenders, including those who specialise in adverse or complex credit histories. By using Open Banking and a detailed assessment upfront, we can tell you what’s possible — and what steps to take if now isn’t quite the right time
